Spray Polyurethane Foam

Spray polyurethane foam is composed of two main components, isocyanates and a polyol blend. It is a revolutionary approach to insulation in all settings. Once it is applied to a surface, it forms an uninterrupted, air sealed barrier that fills gaps and creates a dominant thermal barrier.

Open Cell SPF

  1. Exceptional soundproofing between surfaces.
  2. High expansion of up to 120% its liquid form.
  3. Breathable allowing moisture vapors to passthrough while still creating an air seal.
  4. Air Quality improvement by reducing allergens and dust.

Closed Cell SPF

  1. Superior R-value providing greater energy efficiency.
  2. Significant structural support of up to 400% on walls and ceilings.
  3. Impermeable and Dense effectively supplying an air, vapor, moisture, and water barrier.
  4. Sturdy and Rugged allowing use in an exposed and open environment.

Roof Foam

  1. Seamless and gap free covering the entire surface.
  2. Lightweight at roughly 50lbs per 100 square feet.
  3. Minimal "downtime" of a facility and can be applied to most existing roofs after a detailed clean and debris removal.
  4. Outstanding durability with a Polyurea or Silicone/Acrylic topcoat.
  5. Low Maintenace.

Elastomerics

Elastomeric coatings are known for their durability and weather resistance. They offer excellent protection for a variety of surfaces, ensuring longevity and reduced maintenance costs.

Polyurea

  1. Superior waterproofing creating a monolithic coating that prevents water penetration and can withstand long-term ponding water without breaking down.
  2. Chemical corrosive resistance.
  3. High abrasive resistance.
  4. High impact resistance.

High Solids Silicone

  1. Superior waterproofing creating a monolithic coating that prevents water penetration and can withstand long-term ponding water without breaking down.
  2. UV protection reflecting the majority of the sun's rays.
  3. Long lasting flexibility to expand and contract with changing environment.

High Tensile Acrylic

  1. Superior waterproofing creating a monolithic coating that prevents water penetration.
  2. Does not hold ponding water.
  3. Dirt pickup resistance.
  4. UV protection reflecting the majority of the sun's rays.
  5. Long lasting flexibility to expand and contract with changing environment.

Intumescents

These fire-resistant coatings are crucial for enhancing the safety of structures and occupants, expanding (up to 50 times its original thickness) into an insulating char when exposed to heat to form a protective barrier that withstands flames and smoke.

Water based

  • Commonly chosen for an eco-friendly choice, emitting fewer volatile organic compounds and posing less risk during application, making them suitable for indoor use with limited ventilation, though they may offer less durability compared to other types in humid or outdoor conditions.

Solvent based

  • Commonly applied in semi-exposed environments. They demonstrate superior resistance to weather, temperature fluctuations, and humidity, while also drying quickly and providing a smoother finish.

Epoxy based

  • Commonly utilized in demanding environments like marine and chemical industries due to their superior hydrocarbon fire protection and corrosion resistance, forming a thick, durable film when their two components are mixed.
